If you having troubles, push the button "Systeminfo", it includes the current properties in your mail.

If you are having big trouble, you should also send us the "Logfile", and the "Crash-Log" file. The loggerfile will not transmitted automatically. If you click the logfile button, the logger file will be opened by a text editor which must be saved and sent to Onlineeye@pmasoft.net
